Dr. Nirupama Dubey
Managing Director and Co-founder of NanoGen
Nirupama Dubey is a Ph. D. in Biochemistry from IIT Delhi, New Delhi. Her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry are from the University of Allahabad, Allahabad. She has been a Senior Scientist at IARI for 20 years. She has been working for past ten years on medicinal plants and Ayurvedic drug development projects in association with academic institutions at NanoGen HealthCare Research & Product Development Laboratory (DSIR recognized) at IMT Manesar, Gurugram.
Her specialization is in biochemical, molecular biology and tissue culture techniques. She has focussed on the characterization of Ayurvedic plant ingredients to be used in prevention and management of metabolic syndrome, neurodegenerative disorders and plant stem cell ingredients for skin care products. She has several research publications and scientific articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, books and scientific magazines.
